Push the rails into it
Bolt the rails to it
Fit the other end frame

Tap two dowels into the back rail
Screw the base hooks into the end frames
Lay the base on the hooks
Bolt the base to the hooks
Lower both barred sides in
Bolt the sides to the end frames
Screw the sides' lower corners
