Screw the small cam bolts into the head rail

Tap the dowels into the headboard panel

Put the head rail on the panel's bottom edge

Lock the small cam locks

Bolt the top rail onto the panel

Tap a dowel into each end of the top rail

Turn the headboard over and dowel the head rail and the footboard

Press the big cam locks into both boards

Screw the cam bolts into the posts

Screw the small cam bolts into the head posts

Screw a glide into the foot of each post

Push the posts on and lock the cams

Stand the headboard up and lock the panel

Tap the studs into the top

Press the cap onto the headboard

Tap the dowels into the side rails

Press the cam locks into the side rails

Join the side rails to the headboard

Put the footboard on

Screw the slat ledges to the side rails

Screw the beam brackets to the end boards

Drop the centre beam into the brackets

Screw on the cross braces

Square the frame and lock the braces

Stick the anti-slip strips on

Build the two LÖNSET bases (do this 2 times)

Lay the bases in the frame

Screw the cam bolts into a box front (do this 4 times)

Tap the dowels into the box sides (do this 4 times)

Stand the sides on the front and lock them (do this 4 times)

Put the back on (do this 4 times)

Lock the back with cam locks (do this 4 times)

Slide in the bottom (do this 4 times)

Turn the box over and screw the bottom on (do this 4 times)

Screw on the castors (do this 4 times)

Roll all 4 boxes under the bed
