Tap the dowels into the top rails
Stand the top rails in one frame and lock them
Tap the dowels into the bottom rails
Stand the bottom rails in and lock them
Put the other frame on and lock it
Stand it up and put in the bottom shelf
Fit the middle shelf on its clips
Tap the dowels into the tops of the legs
Lay the top on
Screw the top on from below
