Tap the dowels into the end frames
Bolt the seat rails to one end frame
Slide the seat in between the rails
Bolt on the other end frame
Lift it onto a table and press the seat down
Screw the seat to the end frames
Bolt the rockers to the legs
Stick the grip strips under the rockers
Turn it over
