Tap a long dowel into the top of each leg
Tap the short dowels into the middle rail
Stand the middle rail on one end frame
Stand the slatted shelf on the frame
Lower the other end frame on top
Lock the shelf to it
Turn the frame over onto the top
Screw the aprons to the top
Press a foot into each leg
Turn it the right way up
