Lay the box panels out on a rug

Screw the double cam bolts into the end panels

Tap the dowels into the side panels and rails

Screw the cam bolts into the floor rails

Push the rails onto the side panels

Lock the rails with cam locks

Join the side panels to the head panel

Put the foot panel on and lock it

Tap the big dowels into the head panel

Screw the hanger bolts into the headboard

Stand the headboard on the head panel

Screw a glide under each corner foot

Screw the corner feet into the corners

Screw the four frame supports to the sides

Screw the centre support inside the foot panel

Screw the threaded inserts into the sides

Bolt the left lift fitting to its side

Bolt the right lift fitting to its side

Screw the lift fittings to the sides

Lay out the frame tubes

Bolt the frame together

Bolt the cross tube on and turn the frame over

Screw the bars onto the ends of the frame

Lay the frame on the lift fittings

Lift the frame and push in the bushes

Bolt the gas springs to the arms

Tighten the bolts on the lift arms

Fit the strap and its catch

Pull the frame down together

Tuck the strap in

Click a holder onto each end of the slats (do this 32 times)

Click the slats into the frame

Lay your mattress on

Open it with the strap

Press the pads under the floor panels (do this 3 times)

Lay the floor panels in and close the lid
