Fit a corner bracket on each end of two of the rails
Stand them up and fit the other two rails into the brackets
Tap 4 dowels into the top edge of the frame
Lay the two top halves face down and push them together
Lower the frame onto the top
Screw the frame to the top with 12 screws
Fit a barrel nut and two hanger bolts in each leg
Bolt the legs onto the corner brackets
Hammer a floor protector into each foot
Turn the table over
