Stand the top rails in one frame
Stand the foot rails in
Tighten the clamps on this side
Lay the other frame on top
Turn it over and tighten the other clamps
Screw the foot rails at an angle
Push the long screws into the top rails
Lower the frame onto the seat
Screw the seat on
Stand the stool up
