Tap a dowel into each end of the lower rail
Bolt a leg frame onto the upside-down seat
Push the seat rail into the leg frame
Lock the seat rail with a bolt
Push the lower rail into the leg frame
Lock the lower rail with a bolt
Push on the other leg frame
Bolt it down into the seat
Lock both rails at this end
Tighten all eight bolts and turn it over
