Push the glides into the end rails
Screw the cam bolts into the end rails
Tap the dowels into the side rails
Push the cam locks into the side rails
Join a side rail to the head and foot rails
Fit the other side rail
Tap the big dowels into the head rail
Screw the hanger bolts into the headboard
Stand the headboard on the head rail
Screw the slat rails on with the L brackets
Screw in the rest of the slat rail screws
Screw the centre beam brackets to the end rails
Screw the four cross braces in
Square the frame and lock the braces
Lay the centre beam on its brackets
Push the slat holders onto the rails
Push the wide holders onto the centre beam
Stick the anti-slip strips on the slat rails
Stick the wide strips on the centre beam
Roll out the slats
Screw the cam bolts into a box front (do this 4 times)
Tap the dowels into the box sides (do this 4 times)
Stand the sides on the front (do this 4 times)
Lock the sides with cam locks (do this 4 times)
Put the back on with the cam pins (do this 4 times)
Lock the back with cam locks (do this 4 times)
Turn it over and slide in the bottom (do this 4 times)
Screw the bottom on (do this 4 times)
Screw on the castors (do this 4 times)
Roll all 4 boxes under the bed
