Dowel an arm onto its upright
Push the front rail into the arm
Bolt the arm to the front rail
Push the hook rail into the upright
Push in the first tube
Push in the other three tubes

Dowel the other arm onto its upright
Press them down over the rail and the tubes
Drop in the second barrel nut
Bolt the second arm to the front rail
Bolt the hook rail to both uprights
Screw the uprights to the arms
