Screw the rails into one side frame
Fit the other side frame onto the rails
Screw that side to the rails
Stand it up and slide in the back
Bolt the back to the uprights
Turn it over and slide the seat in
Screw the seat to the back rail
Bolt the front of the seat
Stand it up and tighten every bolt
